Practice Information

First Day of Practice:  Monday, December 6th.

Practice will be held Monday and Wednesday from 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm, unless otherwise communicated.

Registration Items

​In order for your athlete's registration to be considered complete, the following items are required: 

​

• A completed online Track Xplosion Registration Form (member account required)

• An uploaded copy of an active physical [uploaded within online Registration Form]

• An uploaded copy of the athlete's Birth Certificate [uploaded within online Registration Form]

• Registration and Track Association Membership Fee [paid online]​

• ​​

  • Rate DOES include AAU athlete membership.  DOES NOT include uniform or meet entry fees.

  • Depending on the meet schedule/availability a USATF track membership may be required and will need to be purchased by the parent/guardian.

Registration Fee

Registration fee will be based on the age that the athlete will become during the current year.

$165/Athlete (Ages 4 and up)

* Athletes that are 4 years of age may be limited to specific practice days and meets.

​

Multiple child discount on registration fees for families with three or more athletes living in the same household or with a common parent/guardian is available.  Please send an email to <trackxplosionregistrar@gmail.com> for a determination before you complete registration.  The email should include athletes' names and ages plus the request (i.e., same household or common parent/guardian).

Registration and Track Association fees are NOT refundable and CANNOT be carried over into another season.

​

Uniforms

The cost of uniforms is NOT included in the cost of registration.  Uniform costs is $90.

​

Uniforms can be purchased online in the Team Store.  Note:  Unworn uniforms may or may not be returned at the discretion of Track Xplosion and dependent on Club need along with other community health factors.

Meet Entry Fees

The actual fees assessed to participate in a meet are NOT included in the cost of registration.  The entry fee amount and due date for fees to be paid will be communicated and collected prior to the meet entry cutoff date.  These fees vary per meet and are assessed either on a per athlete or per event basis.  Meet entry fees are NOT refundable after payment has been submitted to the Meet Host.

Credit Card Fees

For all transactions, a credit card processing fee will be added to the total cost of items being purchased.  These processing fees cover credit card and merchant processing fees and will be paid directly to the merchant.
