Outdoor 2021 Registration opened March 15, 2021!!!

2021 Track Xplosion registration will be done online using our new website!! Registration can be launched by selecting the “Registration Information” button from the home page. Note that in order to complete your athlete’s registration, an active physical and birth certificate MUST be uploaded. Please understand that this site is new and we anticipate some minor issues. If you experience any problems, please report them, as soon as possible, by using the “Contact Us” in the menu bar.

Outdoor Season 2020 - Cancelled

It is with heavy hearts that the Track Xplosion Board of Directors has decided to cancel our 2020 Outdoor Track and Field season. As North Carolina and the remainder of the country slowly opens, it is anticipated that the number of COVID-19 cases and deaths will climb. This makes social distancing even more important now to ensure we continue to flatten the curve. The uncertainty in several areas, also factored heavily into our decision to cancel the season:

- group size limitations in Governor’s Executive order;
- Wake County Public School System facility reopening;
- lack of definitive track meet dates.

Though all of these things will become clearer over time, Track Xplosion has chosen to lead by example and contribute to our State’s ability to combat this terrible virus. While we do not take this decision lightly, the health and safety of our athletes, parents, coaches and volunteers is our number one priority. Moving forward, we will continue to monitor the COVID-19 pandemic to assess any major changes, which may reverse our decision, and to its impact on the Indoor 2021 season. We look forward to coming back in 2021, Stronger Than Ever!
