Track Xplosion is one of the elite youth track and field clubs in the Triangle area dedicated to teaching and inspiring youth ages 5-18 through the competition and hard work that track and field offers. We promote strong ethics, sound principles and high ideals through Track & Field.

Physical Requirements
An active physical is required to participate with Track Xplosion. We prefer that physicals are done using the Track Xplosion Health Appraisal Form. However, if not we will accept any form that specifically states that your athlete is CLEARED for sports. All physicals must be signed and dated by a healthcare professional. Note: Immunization records and well child visits are not sports physicals.
Updating Returning Athlete Physicals
If your athlete is returning and you need to update their physical, please use the physical update feature. DO NOT email or text updated physicals to us.
