Practice Information

First Day of Practice:  Monday, March 22nd.

Practice will be held Monday through Thursday from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm, unless otherwise communicated.

Registration Items

​In order for your athlete's registration to be considered complete, the following items are required: 

  • A completed online Track Xplosion Registration Form 

  • An uploaded copy of an active physical [uploaded within Registration Form]

  • An uploaded copy of the athlete's Birth Certificate [uploaded within Registration Form] (Note: Once USATF membership has been purchased by the Club, parent/guardian will be notified if they need to upload Birth Certificate into USATF Connect.)

  • Track Xplosion Transfer Request Form - Only for athletes transferring from another Club [under Documents]

  • Registration and Track Association Membership Fee [paid online]

    • Rate DOES include USATF athlete membership.  DOES NOT include uniform or meet entry fees.

    • Depending on the meet schedule/availability an AAU track membership may be required and will need to be purchased by the parent/guardian.

Registration Fee

Registration fee will be based on the age the athlete will become during the current year.

$135/Athlete (Age 4) *  (Born in 2017)

$220/Athlete (Ages 5 and up)  (Born in 2016 or earlier)

$125/Athlete ( High School Athlete) **

* Athletes that are 4 years of age may be limited to specific practice days and meets.

** High School Athletes will only receive discounted rates if they are running with their school track teams and start practicing with Track Xplosion AFTER their school season is complete. If they come out earlier, they will need to pay the Ages 5 and up rate.

Multiple child discount on registration fees for families with three or more athletes living in the same household or with a common parent/guardian is available.  Please send an email to <> for a determination before you complete registration.  The email should include athletes' names and ages plus the request (i.e., same household or common parent/guardian).

Registration and Track Association fees are NOT refundable and CANNOT be carried over into another season.


The cost of uniforms is NOT included in the cost of registration.  Uniform costs are as follows:

Before April 30th – $90.00                      After April 30th – $100.00

Uniforms can be purchased online in the Team Store.  Unworn uniforms may or may not be returned at the discretion of Track Xplosion and dependent on Club need along with other community health factors.

Meet Entry Fees

The actual fees assessed to participate in a meet are NOT included in the cost of registration.  The entry fee amount and due date for fees to be paid will be communicated and collected prior to the meet entry cutoff date.  These fees vary per meet and are assessed either on a per athlete or per event basis.  Meet entry fees are NOT refundable after payment has been submitted to the Meet Host.

Credit Card Fees

For all transactions, a credit card processing fee will be added to the total cost items being purchased.  These processing fees cover credit card and merchant processing fees and will be paid directly to the merchant.
