Practice Information

First Day of Practice:  Monday, March 18th.

​

Ages 4 to 6:  Practice will be held Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm, unless otherwise communicated.

Ages 7 and up:  Practice will be held Monday through Thursday from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm, unless otherwise communicated.

Registration Items

​Registration is done online.  The following items are required at time of registration.

​

• Completed online Track Xplosion Registration form

• Uploaded copy of an active physical 

• Uploaded copy of athlete's birth certificate

• Paid registration fee​​​

​

DO NOT upload expired physicals or blank pieces of paper in order to complete registration.  Registration is NOT complete until all valid requirements are met.

Registration Fee

Registration fee will be based on the age the athlete will become during the current season year.  Registration fee DOES include 2024 AAU Track Association membership fee.  Fee DOES NOT include uniform or meet entry fees.

$175/Athlete (Age 4 to 6)  (Born in 2018 to 2019); Age 4 athletes must turn 5 in 2024 *

$250/Athlete (Age 7 and up)  (Born in 2017 or earlier)

$195/Athlete (Middle School Athlete) **

$150/Athlete (High School Athlete) **

* Athletes that are 4 - 6 years of age may be limited to specific meets.

** Middle and High School Athletes will only receive discounted rates if they are running with their school track teams and start practicing with Track Xplosion AFTER their school season is complete.  If athlete plans to practice/compete prior to their school season completion, athlete registration fee will be the Age 7 and up rate.

Multiple child discount on registration fees for families with three or more athletes living in the same household or with a common parent/guardian is available.  Please send an email to <trackxplosionregistrar@gmail.com> for a determination before you complete registration.  The email should include athletes' names and ages plus the request (i.e., same household or common parent/guardian).

Registration and Track Association fees are NOT refundable and CANNOT be carried over into another season.

​

Depending on the meet schedule/availability an USATF track membership may be required and will need to be purchased by the parent/guardian.

Last Day to Register:  Friday, May 10, 2024 or until capacity is reached.

​

Last Day of Season:  Varies by athlete and dependent on advancement.

​

Uniforms

Uniform cost is NOT included in the registration fee.  Uniform cost (top & bottom) is $114.00 (including bank processing fee).

​

Uniforms can be purchased online in the Team Store.  Note:  Unworn uniforms may or may not be returned at the discretion of Track Xplosion and dependent on Club need along with other community health factors.

Meet Entry Fees

The actual fees assessed to participate in a meet are NOT included in the cost of registration.  The entry fee amount and due date for fees to be paid will be communicated and must be paid online prior to the meet entry cutoff date.  These fees vary per meet and are assessed either on a per athlete or per event basis.  Meet entry fees are NOT refundable after payment has been submitted to the Meet Host.

Credit Card Fees

For all transactions, a bank processing fee will be added to the total cost of items being purchased.  These processing fees cover credit card and merchant processing fees and will be paid directly to the merchant.
